The Bowhead Rogue is a highly engineered and exciting set of wheels. Utilising suspension technology from F1 racing cars, the Rogue is a beautiful piece of engineering. Adjustable for people from 9-90 year of age, this safe, comfortable and fun Adventure-E Bike has a powerful, smooth motor to help you adventure and explore for longer each day. With a few adjustments and a little time to practice, the team will have you cruising along the coast and rail trails around Nelson. You can access inspiring landscapes, glide along coastal boardwalks and through historic towns to immerse yourself in nature, art and tasty places. For the more adventurous, the Rogue is able to handle certain mountain bike park trails with ease. Its low centre of gravity and chunky tyres will enable you to get you out shredding through the forest. We are in partnership with the Gentle Cyling Co. based in Nelson, we will work with you to arrange an itinerary you’ll love, selecting from a wide variety of options. From a relaxing bhuddhist centre retreat, private wine tasting and hop farm tour, to waka paddling, skydiving, skywire and kayaking. We love going the extra mile for our cyclists and have the ability to change plans to suit energy levels, weather events and spontaneous opportunities. Requirements
Although the e-assist is very strong you will need to have hand and arm strength to safely steer, break and change the bike gearing. The Bowhead can be rented for any trip, half day personal adventure or long multiday trip. Its an adjustable frame so suitable for most kids 10+ years.
